Amida's work in the world of Peace Dancing, and Sufism is what first brought us all together, and over a decade ago we became friends at camps that he initiated in the UK.

Dao's ten-years of colonics, fasting and detox has evolved these practices into the format the Sura team now follow. This journey started with his own health, then attracted the attention of friends and the budding systems in Thailand. In Spain it became Home-Colonics, and then Karuna Retreats in UK, before arriving in the easeful situation that is Sura Detox today.
Dao's talks are his primary offering to the retreat, along with his working knowledge of detox and its symptoms.

Benita has been running a successful massage practice from home for many years, and played that role on numerous retreat settings, including a number of Karuna Retreats with Dao. Each of her clients is met through her lifelong enthusiasm for bodywork and the benefits it has in the retreat setting.
Benita puts together both the therapy setting, and hand-picks the therapists needed to meet your requests.

Kate's skill of helping people to welcome the truth along with the pain, means that she has played the role of homeopath for each of us for many years, as well as her own private practices around the South West. Her knowledge of humanity as much as homeopathy leads her seamlessly from disarming questions, to appropriate remedies. It is this intuitive integrity and endless attention that she lavishes upon each person she meets. Sessions with Kate can take the form of a Homeopathic consultation, Life Coaching session or just a general chat.
Kate's endless empathy enables her to be mum to those who are in need of emotional support.
