As we work with a limited number of people on each retreat, it is important that your reservation be a binding contract between us. In the unlikely event that you may wish or need to cancel your participation on your Sura Detox Retreat you may transfer your reservation to another available date or you may request a refund.

A deposit of £250 is required at the time of booking a retreat, and the balance is due to be paid 4 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

If the balance has not been paid 2 weeks prior to retreat start without prior arrangement, we may need to rebook your place to recoup our losses, so please communicate with us promptly if you need to change your retreat dates or cancel and we will do our best to assist you, otherwise you may lose your booking, and your deposit.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Retreat Transfer

• Upto 8 weeks before retreat's start date you may request to transfer to another retreat without incurring a charge.
• Within 8 weeks, there is a £50 administrative fee.
• Within 4 weeks of the retreat, the transfer of your deposit will depend upon the successful re-filling of your initial place, and still incur the £50 administrative fee.

Retreat Cancellation

• Until 4 weeks prior to a retreat, a refund minus £100 administrative charge will be made available upon request.
• Within 4 weeks of the retreat start, a refund minus £100 administrative charge will be available once we have re-booked your space. In the unlikely event that your space is not refilled we will regretfully not be able to offer a refund of either your deposit or full payment.
