Farmhouse & Cottages

The Large Farmhouse and the cottages have all been rated as five stars (self-catering) by the English Tourist Board.

Each is comfortable and spacious, giving the group that "home from home" feeling.

There is a whole spectrum of accommodation options to cater for everyone's budget.

All rooms are complete with full wireless broadband access.

Each sitting room that has TV, VHS & DVD player.

They are all dog & cat free, so they are safe for allergy-suffers.

Farmhouse Setting

The Farmhouse is the main accommodation area, holding six ensuite bedrooms, as well as the therapy rooms.

Living room space in the Farmhouse is both airy and cozy.

Luxury Bedroom - for couples or a single person

Master Bedroom - for couples or a single person

Twin downstairs Bedroom - for couples or friends to share, or a possible additional single room

Cottage Settings

There are 4 cottages holding another eleven bedrooms,
four of which are ensuite, and each used for a single person

Each has its own comfortable sitting room,
with TV, VHS & DVD facilities

You may bring your own movies, watch ours, or avoid TVs altogether, there is space for each.

Communal Rooms & Surroundings

This new building contains all the facilities that make the place so special:

The lush indoor pool is heated year-round, and measures 30' x 14', and is open 24 hours a day.

The wood-clad sauna shares the same locale, and is started by the flick of a switch.

A mini fitness suite containing machines for running, rowing, stepping & cycling.

Yoga room and most importantly the communal area where all group events take place.

Garden

On the many walks around Ham Farm, there are wonderful nooks and crannies, such as this lake in the little forest.

Ham Farm is surrounded by many miles of forest and meadow, all accessible on short walks.

Paths through lawns connect all the buildings.

The cottages sit in acres of manicured garden,
crafted to delight the eye year-round.

Small paths lead off in to nature in every corner,
inviting you into the forest.

And the land is dotted with place to stop, rest and
absorb the birdlife and grennery.

Communal Room

The communal room (above & below) is where all shared events happen. A large, bright area where juices & supplements are taken, gatherings & talks held, and where most socialising occurs.

The venue could not be better - perfect peaceful surroundings - acted as a real support to the detox process.

Pool House

The lawns around the pool house and communal room are idea for sunbathing (given the weather obviously).

And there is plenty of space in the program to take such pleasures - for hours .

The buildings are separated from nature by a thin strip of well maintained lawns.

Truly a rural location; the famous Tarka Trail passes literally through the farm.
